Personale totalmente incompetente e svogliato. Se si chiama al centralino, quella volta su mille chiamate in cui risponde qualcuno pare che sia lì per caso, non sa dare neanche il numero del direttore perchè non lo conosce! Potessi mettere zero stelle lo farei. Scandalosa Bad service in all, on the phone it is impossible to contact them, they never answer, and made a commitment to call back, it is never respected !!! Never!!! Totally incompetent and listless staff. Personale poco preparato, con una voglia pari a zero di svolgere il proprio lavoro, quasi sempre una sola cassa disponibile. Bad service. Avevo aperto un conto con loro ma ti fanno pagare anche l'aria che respiri. Mi sono trovata male. È un servizio al pubblico, se ti danno il buongiorno,come l'educazione richiede, è già tanto..... Bad service, long waiting times as others have already pointed out. ATM service works once out of ten. I had opened an account with them but they also charge you for the air you breathe. I felt bad. It is a service to the public, if they give you a good morning, as education requires, it is already a lot .....

Inviata mail alla filiale a metà settembre x avere copia di un estratto conto cointestato senza avere nessuna risposta, neppure negativa. Andato in una filiale di Lecco dove risiedo e ho ottenuto l'estratto conto (necessario ai fini ISEE) in pochissimi minuti. La differenza tra la filiale di una banca europea moderna e la filiale di una banca del quarto mondo. Deprecabile. Inefficiency and lack of textbook customer attention. Emailed to the branch in mid-September to have a copy of a joint account statement without having any answer, not even negative. I went to a branch in Lecco where I live and I got the account statement (necessary for ISEE purposes) in a few minutes. Mai avuto problemi con bamca intesa e altre banche, solo con loro ci sono file kilometriche e tempi di attesa assurdi, tra l'altro adesso con la scusa del covid é diventato impossibile anche prendere un appuntamento, chiamo il numero verde e ogni giorno mi dicono che non rieecono a prendere gli appuntamenti per augusta!!! Chiudero il conto appena possibile. Bad bank, I strongly advise against opening an account here with them .....
