Sono andata perché volevo un balayage biondo medio, con tanto di foto alla mano, mi hanno detto deliberatamente che mi avrebbero fatto meches bianche!!! Ho ripetuto in continuazione che NON volevo meches tanto meno BIANCHE e mi rispondevano "non si preoccupi signora abbiamo capito non si preoccupi". Morale: mi hanno tenuta ORE con il colore fra i capelli e sono uscita sei ore dopo con la testa pressoché bianca, e il viso che con quel colore sembrava Crudelia Demon, ma la cosa ASSURDA è che mi è costato 150 € senza nemmeno avermi toccato il taglio ma solo facendomi il contrario di ciò che volevo, in sei ore dandomi solo disagi perché l'indomani sono andata da un altro parrucchiere a riprendere i capelli ormai andati. 150€ UNA TRUFFA non si è mai sentito per un trattamento del genere. I repeated over and over that I did NOT want streaks, much less WHITE and they replied "don't worry madam, we understand don't worry". Moral: they kept me HOURS with the color in my hair and I went out six hours later with my head almost white, and the face that looked like Cruella Demon with that color, but the ABSURD thing is that it cost me € 150 without even touching me the cut but only doing the opposite of what I wanted, in six hours giving me only inconvenience because the next day I went to another hairdresser to get my hair back. 150 € A SCAM has never been heard for such a treatment.

La ragazza che mi ha seguita Emanuela, è stata molto gentile, brava e mi ha messa a mio agio... tanto da prendere subito appuntamento per il 26, giorno del mio compleanno, per fare il colore e la piega.
