Incompetent staff and very long waiting times despite the telephone appointments set months before. 3 hours on the clock to open an account and I said it all.

I clienti vengono trattati senza alcun rispetto e sistematicamente presi in giro dai dipendenti. Direttrice non presente in filiale ("attualmente in smart working senza accesso al computer aziendale", in poche parole in vacanza) ed incapace di gestire l'ufficio il quale versa nelle lamentele dei propri clienti. Sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi rapporto con l'agenzia. Conto corrente chiuso. Incompetence, rudeness and disorganization reign supreme in this Unicredit agency. Customers are treated with no respect and systematically made fun of by employees. Director not present in the branch ("currently in smart working without access to the company computer", in a nutshell on vacation) and unable to manage the office which pours into the complaints of its customers. I strongly advise against any relationship with the agency. Closed current account.

La SIGNORA ALESSANDRA VINTI bocciatissima, non solo ci ha preso in giro dicendoci che inoltrava le nostre richieste, non era in grado di rispondere a nessuna delle nostre domande, ci prometteva un ricontatto che non è mai avvenuto nonostante le nostre sollecitazioni. L	Laura Pedone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo necessità dell'indirizzo pec di questa agenzia (da poco tempo la mia, visto che quella precedente è stata chiusa) ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente per tutta la giornata lavorativa, non solo nessuno ha preso il telefono ma qualche furbetto ha alzato la cornetta facendomi ascoltare le operazioni di sportello e senza dire pronto... l'unica persona che mi ha risposto al telefono, è stato il direttore dell'agenzia di via Terrasanta, che dopo aver specificato di non potermi aiutare perché ogni agenzia ha la sua pec, ha sottolineato che oltre al direttore a piazza Unità di Italia lavorano ben 16 impiegati....complimentoni! La prima cosa che conto di fare è fuggire da questa agenzia di lavativi. Having need of the pec address of this agency (mine recently, since the previous one was closed) I tried to contact them by phone for the whole working day, not only no one picked up the phone but some crafty picked up the handset making me listen to the counter operations and without saying hello ... the only person who answered the phone was the director of the agency in via Terrasanta, who after specifying that he could not help me because each agency has its own pec, he pointed out that in addition to the director in Piazza Unità di Italia, 16 employees work .... complimentoni! The first thing I plan to do is escape from this thug agency.

S	Simonetta David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attesa lunghissima. Personale costituito da uno o due persone: Lento; Scortese; Incapace di capire le domande formulate e conoscenza dell Italiano pari a 0. Voglia di aiutare il cliente..capire le diverse necessità è impossibile per le frustrazioni personali che vengono vomitate nel luogo di lavoro. Non è un caso che nelle recensioni leggo visualizzo 1,3.. vergognoso!... e mi fermo qui...perché nell attesa tra clienti e uno messo al pc si parlava di politica e delle prossime elezioni del Sindaco. No vabbè A very long wait. Staff made up of one or two people: Slow; Rude; Unable to understand the questions asked and knowledge of Italian equal to 0.
