Lo sconsiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto su Groupon qualche mese fa una seduta di laminazione ciglia e provvedo subito per fissare un appuntamento. Dopo numerosi e numerosi tentativi dì mettermi in contatto con loro senza ricevere alcuna risposta chiedo il rimborso a Groupon. Dopo qualche giorno mi rispondono dicendo che hanno avuto problemi personali. Può capitare, mi dico. Due mesi dopo decido di riprovare e riacquisto il medesimo coupon. Chiamo per l’appuntamento e la signora mi risponde subito. Fissiamo l’appuntamento per giovedì alle 10.00 (mi sono subito annotata l’appuntamento come faccio sempre). Arriva il giorno dell’appuntamento e faccio ben 25 minuti dì strada per arrivare al salone. Una volta arrivata la porta non si apre e non c’è neanche un campanello per suonare. Chiamo la signora del salone e mi risponde che non c’era nessun appuntamento a mio nome quel giorno…cosa assolutamente FALSA dato che mi ero annotata giorno e ora…la signora dice che mi avrebbe richiamata dopo mezz’ora…mai più sentita!!!! Professionalità e serietà ZERO!! Inutile dire che non proverò mai più ad andare in quel posto
I bought an eyelash lamination session on Groupon a few months ago and immediately set up an appointment. After numerous and numerous attempts to get in touch with them without receiving any response, I ask for a refund from Groupon. After a few days they answer me saying that they have had personal problems. It can happen, I tell myself. Two months later I decide to try again and buy back the same coupon. I call for an appointment and the lady answers me immediately. We set an appointment for Thursday at 10.00 (I immediately wrote down the appointment as I always do). The day of the appointment arrives and I travel 25 minutes to get to the salon. Once you arrive, the door does not open and there is not even a bell to ring. I call the lady of the salon and she replies that there was no appointment in my name that day… which was absolutely FALSE since I had written down the day and time… the lady says she would call me back after half an hour… never heard from again !! !! ZERO professionalism and seriousness !! Needless to say, I will never try to go to that place again
