★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese nei miei confronti. Ho prenotato una ceretta alle gambe e, poche settimane prima,avevo fatto la lametta. Appena l'ho detto all'estetista lei mi ha risposto con tono sgarbato "no ma brava, brava" continuandosi a lamentare per il resto del trattamento. Definendomi una "situazione critica" e facendo commenti cattivi sottovoce. Ad un tratto mi ha domandato se dovessi andare al mare, non avendo capito bene le ho domandato di ripetere, lei, seccata ha alzato gli occhi al cielo!! Migliorate il modo in cui trattate i clienti! Poi nel locale é giunto un uomo e un membro del personale continuava a giudicare e parlar male degli altri saloni estetici di Codogno. Con frasi del tipo "siamo il salone migliore/le altre estiste con 15€ come minimo ti tagliano le unghie" ecc. La concorenza va bene ma questo é troppo! Non mi é piaciuto nemmeno il servizio ho ancora una striscia di peli a lato della gamba! Ceretta fatta male!!
Very rude staff towards me. I booked a leg wax and, a few weeks earlier, I had a razor blade. As soon as I told the beautician she replied in a rude tone "no but good, good" continuing to complain for the rest of the treatment. Calling me a "critical situation" and making nasty comments under my breath. Suddenly she asked me if I should go to the beach, not having understood well I asked her to repeat, she, annoyed, rolled her eyes !! Improve the way you treat customers! Then a man arrived in the room and a staff member continued to judge and speak ill of the other beauty salons in Codogno. With phrases such as "we are the best salon / the other beauticians with a minimum of 15 € will cut your nails" etc. Competition is fine but this is too much! I didn't even like the service I still have a strip of hair on the side of my leg! Waxing done badly !!

Beauty center highly recommended! The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The nails made by them are outstanding, durable and beautiful. The prices are absolutely fair and accessible to anyone. Fantastic experience.
