★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante macrobiotico da oltre vent'anni a Castello (prima era in via Mario Angeloni), con locali recentemente rinnovati, molto accogliente.
Il cibo è leggero ma gustoso, principalmente vegetariano con qualche specialità di pesce.
Il personale è cortese e simpatico ed ha l'elasticità giusta per venire incontro a richieste particolari (menù per bambini con pietanze generalmente a loro gradite, cibo più sfizioso per chi non dovesse amare più di tanto il mangiare leggero ma volesse comunque accompagnare un parente, etc)
Notevole la ricerca - quasi maniacale, direi, nel senso buono del termine - della qualità della materia prima: prodotti biologici o più che biologici (senza neanche quei trattamenti permessi nel bio), verdure il più possibile locali e di stagione.
Per chi cerca un mangiare sano a Castello, questo posto è una tappa d'obbligo!
 Macrobiotic restaurant for over twenty years in Castello (formerly in via Mario Angeloni), with recently renovated rooms, very welcoming.
The food is light but tasty, mainly vegetarian with some fish specialties.
The staff is courteous and friendly and has the right flexibility to meet special requests (children's menu with dishes that they generally like, more fancy food for those who do not like to eat lightly but would like to accompany a relative anyway, etc)
Noteworthy is the research - almost obsessive, I would say, in the good sense of the term - of the quality of the raw material: organic or more than biological products (without even those treatments allowed in the organic), vegetables as local and seasonal as possible.
For those looking for healthy eating in Castello, this place is a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A differenza degli altri ristoranti dentro ad Un Punto Macrobiotica non solo mangi un cibo più sano ma sai anche da dove viene e per i prodotti venduti al negozio non solo sai da dove vengono ma grazie a Mario Pianesi e alla sua etichetta sai anche come viene fatto passo dopo passo. Oltre a zuppa e piatto misto quasi tutti i giorni puoi trovare un menù di pesce e tanti dolci buoni fatti in "casa"
Unlike the other restaurants inside Un Punto Macrobiotica you not only eat healthier food but you also know where it comes from and for the products sold at the shop you not only know where they come from but thanks to Mario Pianesi and his label you also know how it is made step by step. In addition to soup and mixed dish almost every day you can find a menu of fish and many good homemade desserts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale dove gustare un sano pasto in tranquillità e rilassatezza. C'è molta scelta sia per i vagani sia per chi gradisce qualche specialità di carne o pesce.
Nice place to enjoy a healthy meal in peace and relaxation. There is a lot of choice both for vagrants and for those who like some meat or fish specialties.

E la prima volta che vado ad un Macrobiotico ed e stata una bella esperienza, soprattutto se si vuole mamgiare sano con prodotti scelti e biologici. Per lo piu vegetariano( si mangia anche pesce e carne) si pasteggia con te caldo bancha.

Definitely an alternative place that is worth trying. And the first time I go to a Macrobiotic and it was a great experience, especially if you want to eat healthy with selected, organic products. Mostly vegetarian (you can also eat fish and meat) and enjoy hot bancha tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the calamari and the seitan. Both dishes were amazing and the seitan is one of the best I’ve tried until now. The service was very kind and even let us in when they were about to close. I cannot recommend this place enough, very good!!
