L	Luigi Paciello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solitamente mi affido a un altro laboratorio per fare analisi; stavolta, però, avendo fatto la scelta di farmi fare il prelievo direttamente a casa, l'infermiere occupatosi dello stesso ha portato i campioni di sangue in questo laboratorio, con il quale ha scelto di collaborare. Beh devo dire che i responsi sono stati abbastanza celeri, tranne che per analisi particolari, per i quali i tempi sono un po' più lunghi non solo per aesculapius, bensì per tutti. I prezzi sono sostanzialmente nella norma, solo ho trovato rispetto al laboratorio a cui mi affido solitamente, maggiori difficoltà di comunicazione: praticamente non rispondono quasi mai al telefono! Fatto sta che non voglio e non me la sento sinceramente di colpevolizzarli, perché il lavoro è tanto e il tempo non è mai sufficiente a espletare ogni necessità. Inoltre, questa volta facendo tutto in totale indipendenza, in seguito ho fatto sempre presso di loro l'urino coltura e mi sono visto arrivare il responso in tempi davvero brevi. Un po' più di gentilezza, unico neo, sarebbe molto gradita. Comunque ottimo laboratorio. Well I must say that the responses were quite quick, except for particular analyzes, for which the times are a little longer not only for aesculapius, but for everyone. The prices are substantially in the norm, only I have found more difficulties in communication compared to the laboratory I usually rely on: practically they almost never answer the phone! The fact is that I do not want and I do not sincerely feel to blame them, because the work is so much and the time is never enough to complete every need. Moreover, this time doing everything in total independence, afterwards I always did the urinary culture with them and I saw the response arrive in a very short time.
