V	VALTER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe un'officina FIAT con personale extra, ma non riesce a gestire il troppo lavoro, andato 3 mesi fa per ben 2 volte per guasto al camper nuovo, risposta lasci il numero di telefono richiamiamo al più presto, mai più sentiti. Fatto reclamo in FIAT. It would be a FIAT workshop with extra staff, but it cannot manage too much work, which went 3 months ago 2 times because of a breakdown in the new camper, answer leave the phone number we call back as soon as possible, never heard again. FIAT made a complaint.

Loro si sono fatti pagare giustamente la revisione ma anche lo smontaggio del Viasat (10 €, l'operaio ci ha impiegato 2 minuti, non di più). Ho chiesto in maniera gentile e pacata se lo smontaggio potesse rientrare nel costo della revisione ma sono stato subito contestato con decisione dal titolare e da sua moglie. Quest'ultima tra l'altro non ha ascoltato nemmeno quando il marito stesso le ha detto (con aria stizzita) di togliermi 5€ (io dopo aver capito subito l'aria che tirava non avevo nemmeno insistito). La 10€ di sconto non mi cambia la vita (infatti ho portato la mia auto da voi senza nemmeno informarmi sul prezzo della revisione) ma sappiate che i clienti non si trattano in questo modo. A mai più! They rightly got paid for the overhaul but also for the dismantling of the Viasat (10 €, the worker took 2 minutes, no more). I asked politely and calmly if the disassembly could be included in the cost of the overhaul but I was immediately challenged with decision by the owner and his wife. The latter, among other things, did not even listen when her husband himself told her (with an angry air) to take off € 5 (after having immediately understood the air that was pulling I had not even insisted). The 10 € discount does not change my life (in fact I brought my car to you without even informing me about the price of the overhaul) but know that customers do not treat themselves in this way.
