Mia moglie ha comprato un'auto nei locali di questi signori che sono d'accordo con Autolucar per farsi pagare interamente le auto senza consegnare le auto. Abbiamo pagato 28.500 euro a Gennaio per una Suzuki e ad oggi nemmeno l'ombra di nessuna auto. Quando chiamiamo ci fanno parlare con uno pseudo legale che si nasconde dietro scuse tipo COVID. Ma stiamo scherzando? Da Lamborauto non me lo aspettavo che usassero questi sotterfugi per rubare ai clienti!

My wife bought a car on the premises of these gentlemen who agree with Autolucar to get the cars paid entirely without handing over the cars. We paid € 28,500 in January for a Suzuki and not even a shadow of a car to date. When we call they make us talk to a pseudo-lawyer who hides behind COVID-like excuses. Are we joking? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema ancora non chiarito su un ford Tourneo Courier, per mancanza al momento di un auto sostitutiva, ma trovato un ottima accoglienza e disponibilità ad un check gratuito.
Irene è veramente una persona super-professionale e con lei il meccanico è stato molto disponibile.
Devo purtroppo aggiornare la mia recensione.
Dopo un anno ancora non abbiamo risolto molto...dopo piu di 6 mesi nessuna auto sostitutiva è stata trovata.
Ho dovuto andare io un sabato mattina per 2 ore per capire.
Alla fine una possibile soluzione sembrava essere stata trovata, riesco a mettermi d'accordo per farmi pagare in garanzia, ma il preventivo era sbagliato ed invece era il doppio del preventivato.
Confermo la gentilezza e l'impegno dello staff ma il risultato non è soddisfacente.
Purtoppo solo con la gentilezza non basta.
L'impressione è di un meccanico fermo nel tempo, troppo fermo.
Ps aggiornate i numeri di telefono sui vari siti...ce ne sono diversi da aggiornare
Problem still not clarified on a ford Tourneo Courier, due to lack of a replacement car at the moment, but found an excellent welcome and availability for a free check.
Irene is truly a super professional person and the mechanic was very helpful with her.
Unfortunately I have to update my review.
After a year we still haven't solved much ... after more than 6 months no replacement cars have been found.
I had to go on a Saturday morning for 2 hours to understand.
In the end, a possible solution seemed to have been found, I manage to agree to get the guarantee paid, but the estimate was wrong and instead it was double the budget.
I confirm the kindness and commitment of the staff but the result is not satisfactory.
Unfortunately, only with kindness is not enough.
The impression is of a mechanic stopped in time, too still.
