★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bene come inizio attività in particolare occupando una location di prestigio dove lo chef Barone aveva ricreato in riva al mare la sapienza del gusto. Giovanissimo il nuovo chef fa pensare ad un luminoso futuro anche se sappiamo che in questa attività la continuità non è la prerogativa di base.
Cenare con in sottofondo il rumore delle onde e con le preparazioni di piatti eccellenti è il massimo delle aspettative: lo consiglio vivamente
Very good as a start of business in particular by occupying a prestigious location where the chef Barone had recreated the wisdom of taste by the sea. At a very young age, the new chef suggests a bright future even though we know that continuity is not the basic prerogative in this business.
Dine with the sound of the waves in the background and with the preparations of excellent dishes is the highest of expectations: I highly recommend it
