M	Moki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MACELLAIE Ho fatto il Pap Test quattro volte presso questa struttura e tre volte su quattro ho trovato delle ostetriche maleducate ed estremamente brute nei modi. E non mi riferisco solo al modo di trattare la paziente, ma anche a livello di svolgimento della procedura. Tre volte su quattro mi è stato fatto male nel posto più intimo che ho da queste donnone frustrate e svogliate. Non so cosa facciano dietro a quella porta, ma sono perennemente in ritardo sugli appuntamenti anche se non c'è nessuno in studio. Incentivatele a lavorare come si deve invece di sfogare il proprio scontento sulle povere donne che gli capitano a tiro. Per disposizioni covid si poteva entrare 10 min prima della visita quindi ho dovuto aspettare fuori( e fin qui tutto ok). All'entrata ho trovato una ragazza gentilissima che, nonostante non si potesse entrare accompagnati, ha fatto passare mio marito. Arriviamo davanti alla stanza delle visite e iniziano i nostri 50 minuti di attesa sentendo parecchi discorsi, per niente inerenti all'ecografia ( e mi astengo da giudizi pesanti), ma ciliegina sulla torta appena vede mio marito davanti la porta, l'infermiera, con modi veramente sgarbati e privi di alcuna sensibilità, ha ripetutamente detto a mio marito che non poteva entrare non capendo che stava solo cercando di porgermi la cartellina. Insomma, l'infermiera e il dottore, non hanno neppure minimamente pensato che le pazienti di cui si stavano occupando sono persone che stanno attraversando una situazione delicata e il covid, per quanto abbiano studiato che in gravidanza non dia problemi, non si sa come si comporta con le varianti quindi dovrebbe essere nel loro interesse mandarci a casa al più presto. Invece, nonostante le chiacchiere da bar, non si sono neppure presi la briga di abbassare un po' i toni e parlare con educazione e spiegare il perché non lo facevano entrare. Ambulatorio 3000 per invalidità civile un disastro, hanno quattro giorni al mese di ambulatorio e ad oggi che ne abbiamo 13 devono ancora aprire la finestra per ottobre. Gli operatori mi hanno consigliato di chiamare mattina e pomeriggio per non perdere la priorità. Secondo voi è possibile... E pensare che sta gente la paghiamo 2 volte noi, con le tasse del nostro lavoro e con il ticket. Vergognoso. Dentistry is bleak to say the least. And Dr. PANZA C. professionally very unprofessional. And to think that these people are paid twice by us, with the taxes of our work and with the ticket. Shameful.

D	Domenico Ierardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è già troppo e non rende l’idea… Premesso che per visite in passato ci è capitato di aspettare anche 2h senza che nessuno ci desse minima spiegazione in merito, questa mattina hanno raggiunto i limiti del ridicolo. In ritardo di mezz’ora, non per colpa nostra ma dopo esserci recati erroneamente all’ospedale San Bortolo nel reparto ginecologico in anticipo dove aspettando un’ora in ben 3 infermiere ci hanno confermato di essere nel posto giusto, dubbiosi di ciò alla quarta richiesta finalmente si sono accorti che fossimo invece nel posto sbagliato. Dunque corriamo in questo ambulatorio a Santa Lucia per la visita Morfologica dove il Ginecologo dott. Giuseppe Rochira fa entrare mia moglie (quinto mese inoltrato di gravidanza), pur essendo con le mani in mano insieme all’assistente e senza pazienti in attesa, semplicemente per dirle che la visita non la poteva fare, avendo già pagato ci dice di prenotarla nuovamente…una MORFOLOGICA PRENOTATA MESI FA DA FARE ENTRO LE PROSSIME DUE SETTIMANE per motivi logici di tempistiche riguardo la gravidanza. Posso solo concludere esprimendo il mio imbarazzo riguardo la poca intelligenza, umanità e comprensione di tale medico…non oso immaginare la professionalità. I can only conclude by expressing my embarrassment regarding the lack of intelligence, humanity and understanding of this doctor ... I do not dare to imagine the professionalism.
