Ho anche fatto richiesta via email, e pure in questo caso nessun riscontro dopo 5 giorni di attesa. La tragicità è che se si volesse andare di persona per fissare semplicemente un appuntamento, la risposta di rito è "tutto deve essere fatto via email". Veramente senza parole!!! SCANDALOSIS ... Ho inviato più mail e indovinate...non risponde mai nessuno. Un servizio imbarazzante per un distretto sanitario. Vergognoso! Spero che prima che mi scada la tessera sanitaria ,riesca ad avere il duplicato perche la nuova tessera è arrivata con i numeri illeggibili nel retro. Per fortuna che vogliono semplificare le cose...
