★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. We had a great experience with their tasting menu. The menu dishes had a good flow. The flavors were excellently balanced. The dishes, surprisingly, had layers of flavor and ingredients. This is in direct contrast to what you expect from ‘minimal ingredients’ Italian cuisine. Yet it does not take away from the experience, but rather lends to it. The wines were well paired. We opted for the local (regional) wine pairing and it was a great choice. We discovered some local wines which are made from rare grapes that were almost lost! The ambiance was what you expect: comfortable, easy yet sophisticated, and a healthy sea breeze. One minor nag is that the service was not as jovial as can be expected in such a place. The staff were not as excited about their own dishes as they should have been.
