★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivati sul Lago Maggiore per una settimana di vacanza ,ci siamo recati all’Ufficio turistico di Baveno .Siamo stati accolti da Arianna che con professionalità,gentilezza e simpatia ci ha illustrato con dovizia di particolari tutte le attrazioni della zona,dispensando consigli e suggerimenti preziosi.Memori della positiva esperienza,qualche giorno dopo siamo tornati per chiedere altri consigli ed abbiamo ricevuto analogo trattamento da Antonella .Alle simpatiche Arianna ed Antonella i nostri sentiti ringraziamenti .Grazia e Stefano da Imperia
As soon as we arrived on Lake Maggiore for a week's vacation, we went to the Tourist Office of Baveno. We were greeted by Arianna who with professionalism, kindness and sympathy explained to us in great detail all the attractions of the area, dispensing advice and suggestions. Memories of the positive experience, a few days later we returned to ask for more advice and we received similar treatment from Antonella. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reputo la mia esperienza presso l'Ufficio Turismo Iat eccellente, poiché il personale è a disposizione dei turisti ed è anche molto competente per quanto riguarda la cittadina e le località del Lago Maggiore.
I believe my experience in the Office of Tourism IAT excellent, as staff are available to tourists and is also very knowledgeable regarding the city and the towns around Lake Maggiore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza tenutasi presso l'Ufficio Turismo e Cultura è stata a livello ottimale, in quanto lo staff dell'azienda è stato in grado di fornirmi tutte le informazioni da me richieste.
Inoltre, è uno dei pochi uffici nel quale il personale è molto disponibile e possiede una grande conoscenza per quanto riguarda il campo del turismo.
The experience held at the Tourism and Culture Office was at an optimal level, as the company staff was able to provide me with all the information I requested.
Moreover, it is one of the few offices in which the staff is very helpful and has a great knowledge of tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo suonato proprio l'altra sera in un edificio adiacente all'Ufficio del Turismo, che viene utilizzato da loro come auditorium per eventi e concerti. In teoria avremmo dovuto suonare nella piazzetta ma visto il maltempo ci siamo sistemati grazie a loro in quella sala. Il personale è stato veramente gentile, disponibilissimo e soprattutto molto organizzato. Efficienza e disponibilità totali. Grazie!
We played just the other night in a building adjacent to the Tourist Office, which is used by them as an auditorium for events and concerts. In theory we should have played in the square but given the bad weather we settled in that room thanks to them. The staff was really kind, extremely helpful and above all very organized. Total efficiency and availability. Thank you!
