★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un sottotetto raggiungibile con ripide scale o con un montacarichi (non so se a norma per trasporto persone). Se scoppiasse un incendio non vedo vie di fuga (l'uscita di sicurezza corrisponde all'ingresso e il piano terra lo potreste raggiungere solo dalle scale ripide, sempre che l'incendio non provenga dal basso, allora non ci sono vie di fuga)
È un unico stanzone con sedie scomodissime.
Gli orari di apertura sono ridicoli.
It is an attic that can be reached by steep stairs or with a freight elevator (I don't know if it complies with the law for transporting people). If a fire breaks out, I do not see any escape routes (the safety exit corresponds to the entrance and the ground floor can only be reached by the steep stairs, as long as the fire does not come from below, then there are no escape routes)
It is a single room with very uncomfortable chairs.
The opening hours are ridiculous.
