★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto la richiesta di fare l'equipollenza e quando sono andata a ritirarla sono stata scambiata per un'altra persona (forse per errore) e sono stata trattata male, con un'arroganza incredibile. Solo alla fine l'impiegata si è resa conto che non sono la persona che pensava lei. Pessima esperienza

I had made the request for equivalence and when I went to collect it I was mistaken for another person (perhaps by mistake) and I was treated badly, with incredible arrogance. Only in the end did the clerk realize that I am not the person she thought she was. Bad experience
P.S. At least they could be excused
