Avrei invece qualcosa da dire riguardo solo una signora della portineria (i due uomini sono super gentili) e di cui avevo già sentito lamentele. Non mi era mai capitata ma la mia fortuna è terminata oggi. Trattasi di persona molto arrogante, che fa finta di non capire ciò di cui l’utente ha bisogno (spero per lei che faccia finta) e rovina tutta la bella realtà di questo ufficio. Soprattutto al telefono è stata pessima. I can only agree with those who speak of professional, kind and helpful employees. Instead I would have something to say about just one lady at the concierge (the two men are super nice) and about whom I had heard complaints before. It never happened to me but my luck ran out today. This is a very arrogant person, who pretends not to understand what the user needs (I hope for her to pretend) and ruins the whole beautiful reality of this office. Especially on the phone it was bad.
