Se arriva la risposta via email, sembra scritta da incompetenti senza alcuna precisazione ne spiegazione su come occorre procedere. Pratiche urgenti a cui non viene riconosciuta l'emergenza e l'esigenza di dare un riscontro immediato.
 Unworthy to work here! They do not answer the phone or emails. If the answer arrives via email, it seems written by incompetents without any clarification or explanation on how to proceed. Urgent practices to which the emergency is not recognized and the need to give immediate feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo aggiornare la patente. Ho tutti i documenti ma non riesco a fissare l’appuntamento perché non rispondono alle mail. Ho fatto le visite mediche e il certificato medico ha la validità di sei mesi. Spero che non mi tocca a rifare la visita e spendere altri soldi. Prima del COVID le procedure erano lente, ma ora si è fermato tutto. Disastro. Sicuramente c’è da andare all’ufficio relazioni con il pubblico
I need to update my license. I have all the documents but I can't make an appointment because they don't respond to emails. I have had medical examinations and the medical certificate is valid for six months. I hope I don't have to visit again and spend more money. Before COVID, the procedures were slow, but now everything has stopped. Disaster. Surely there is to go to the public relations office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle mail non rispondono, il telefono squilla a vuoto, il servizio è pessimo, non per colpa degli addetti ma di una organizzazione INDEGNA.
Voto ZERO.
The e-mails are not answered, the phone rings empty, the service is bad, not the fault of the employees but of an UNWORTHY organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la mia richiesta online di appuntamento sono stata contattata quasi subito, dopo solo 4 ore. L'appuntamento mi è stato dato dopo 7 giorni, così come mi era stato anticipato, alle ore 8,30. Essendo arrivata in anticipo, sono stata ricevuta alle 8.20 e in 5 minuti ho fatto quello che dovevo fare.
After my online appointment request I was contacted almost immediately, after only 4 hours. The appointment was given to me after 7 days, as I had been anticipated, at 8.30. Having arrived early, I was received at 8.20 am and in 5 minutes I did what I needed to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -2 mesi di attesa per un appuntamento presso ufficio del pra (dal numero verde spiegano di prendere appuntamento sul sito da cui risulta possibile prenotare solo nelle 3 settimane successive da cui non risultano mai disponibilità...)
- siamo dovuti tornare 3 volte allo stesso ufficio perché il terminale si bloccava e non potevano mandare avanti la pratica ...
- totale tempo per una pratica di successione di un autoveicolo oltre 3 mesi in cui ho dovuto girare a piedi, l'automobile mi serviva
- alla fine siamo stati letteralmente costretti a rivolgerci ad un agenzia pratiche auto alla modica cifra di 140 euro che hanno sbrigato la pratica in 5 minuti!!!!
-2 months of waiting for an appointment at the pra office (from the toll-free number they explain to make an appointment on the site from which it is possible to book only in the following 3 weeks from which there is never availability ...)
- we had to go back to the same office 3 times because the terminal got stuck and they couldn't continue the file ...
- total time for a succession procedure of a vehicle over 3 months in which I had to walk, the car I needed
- in the end we were literally forced to contact a car practices agency for the modest sum of 140 euros, who completed the procedure in 5 minutes !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non mi sono trovata malissimo.
Le persone con cui mi sono relazionata erano gentili e pazienti.
I punti deboli che ho riscontrato sono:
-tempi lunghi per fissare gli appuntamenti (attualmente si deve fare online per mezzo del sito “il portale dell’automobilista”) dovuto al fatto che sono aperti al pubblico solo il martedì e giovedì mattina;
-poca chiarezza online sugli orari e giorni in cui si può andare alla motorizzazione (sotto lascio la foto del cartello che ho trovato appeso davanti), nonché un po’ di confusione nel capire gli step per eseguire le pratiche relative al conseguimento della patente b
Personally, I didn't find myself very badly.
The people I related to were kind and patient.
The weaknesses I found are:
- long times to fix appointments (currently it must be done online through the website "the motorist's portal") due to the fact that they are open to the public only on Tuesday and Thursday morning;
-little clarity online on the times and days when you can go to the motorization (I leave the photo of the sign that I found hanging in front of it below), as well as a little confusion in understanding the steps to perform the procedures relating to obtaining the driving license b
