L	Luca Baldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potevano dare zero stelle lo avrei fatto volentieri ho spedito una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno da Perugia, dopo 11 giorni mi è tornato il cartoncino con avvenuta consegna ma purtroppo il destinatario non l'ha mai ricevuta ...incompetenti voi e chi consegna vi farò scrivere dal mio avvocato perché erano dei documenti importanti...poi non rispondono nemmeno al telefono 'immagino quanto avranno da fare sti faticatur" If you could give zero stars I would have done it willingly I sent a registered letter with return receipt from Perugia, after 11 days the card returned with delivery but unfortunately the recipient never received it ... incompetent you and whoever delivers I will have my lawyer write you because they were important documents ... then they don't even answer the phone 'I guess how much they will have to do sti fatigue "
I	ITL IMPIANTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti ho chiamato in questo ufficio postale per avere informazioni su un pacco proveniente dall'estero ha risposto un signore (lo chiamo signore per esprimermi gentilmente altrimenti lo definirei in tutt'altro modo) e con atteggiamenti arroganti e presuntuosi mi ha risposta che dovevo recarmi in posta ma io chiedevo semplicemente di fare una ricerca e capire se il pacco era da loro ma lui ha risposto che non aveva alcun motivo di darmi informazioni telefonicamente era palese che il tizio non ha voglia di lavorare e mi chiedo come mai vengono assunti questi personaggi da poste e uffici pubblici. Raccomandati... è proprio il caso di dirlo Hi everyone I called in this post office to get information on a package from abroad, a man replied (I call him gentleman to express myself kindly otherwise I would call him in a completely different way) and with arrogant and presumptuous attitudes he answered that I had go to the post office but I simply asked to do a research and find out if the package was from them but he replied that he had no reason to give me information by telephone it was obvious that the guy did not want to work and I wonder why these people are hired characters from post offices and public offices. Il peggior ufficio postale di tutta Italia, età degli impiegati sopra i 60 anni dove ovviamente vige una lentezza inaudita nell’esecuzione delle operazioni con conseguenti file assurde. Una chiusura sarebbe l’ideale. If I could give zero stars, it would be even better. The worst post office in all of Italy, age of employees over 60 years where obviously there is an unheard of slowness in the execution of operations with consequent absurd lines. A closure would be ideal.

Per le altre tipologie mi hanno dato dritte per ottemperare al problema. Qualified and very kind staff. Very patient and they answered all my requests and complied with those that could be done on site. For the other types they gave me tips to comply with the problem.
P	Patrizia Gaito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo ufficio in via San Rocco lasciato a se stesso...sempre affollato... gli sportelli non funzionano mai tutti insieme...e x l'entrata gli utenti si arrangiano da soli x mantenere un'ipotetica fila prendendo nota degli arrivi su foglietti volanti e grazie alla buona volontà di qualcuno di loro....ma il più delle volte succedono litigi! A small office in via San Rocco left to itself ... always crowded ... the counters never work together ... loose leaflets and thanks to the good will of some of them .... but most of the times there are quarrels!

Questa posta ha dei metodi lavorativi molto obsoleti evidentemente dato che ci vogliono 24-48 ore lavorative per gli accrediti dei bonifici Sepa. Bisogna aggiornarsi, siamo al Medioevo! Questo ufficio "Poste Italiane" offre un servizio pessimo e scadente! Meglio le Poste private!
