Irrispettosi nell accoglienza clienti, lenti e lavativi, si fermano spesso a parlare tra operatori.
Chiudono le porte automatiche rimanendo persone spesso anziane ad aspettare fuori l ufficio anche per 20 minuti dicendo che è la regola!!! Mah !!! Ho girato più di 20 uffici postali mai visto una cosa così.
Praticamente anche la dirigenza non trovando soluzioni ti esorta a reclamare o a cambiare posta.
Pessima comunicazione sono estrefatto, sarebbe ora di prendere provvedimenti da parte di poste italiane.

They are really bad
Disappointed in welcoming customers, slow and laughable, they often stop to talk to operators.
They close the automatic doors, often remaining elderly people waiting outside the office even for 20 minutes, saying it's the rule !!! Mah !!! I have shot more than 20 post offices ever seen such a thing.
Practically even the management, finding no solutions, urges you to claim or change mail.
Very bad communication, they are extremely difficult, it is time to take action by the Italian post office.
I strongly advise against it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio PESSIMO. Troppa fila, troppa gente, 0 rispetto per le persone che aspettano. 6 sportelli disponibili ma sempre 2/3 sono aperti, vanno a prendere il caffè al posto di pensare alla gente che aspetta. VERGOGNATEVI.
BAD service. Too much line, too many people, 0 respect for the people waiting. 6 counters available but 2/3 are always open, they go to have coffee instead of thinking about people waiting. SHAME ON YOU.
