Alle 13,00 hanno interrotto le operazioni e invitati a uscire fuori perché era ora di chiusura. Io e altri clienti,20 minuti prima avevamo lamentato che si poteva potenziare il servizio con l'aggiunta di un altro impiegato. Il preposto è stato scortese e dicendo che non erano le sue mansioni, e che un giorno prima aveva lavorato allo sportello. Alle ore 13,30 ha invitato i clienti, che ancora non erano stati sbrigati a uscire rendendo la nostra attesa inutile. Incredibile. Trattati malissimo.
after having waited the shift for more than an hour, myself and other people, with a single woman who was hurrying the customers. At 13.00 they stopped operations and invited to go out because it was closing time. I and other customers had complained 20 minutes earlier that the service could be enhanced by adding another employee.
