C	Calogero Cipollina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per la prima volta in questo ufficio il giorno 20 agosto c.a., dico buongiorno, ma senza risposta solo uno sguardo quasi disturbato da parte del titolare, magari era attento a quello che stava facendo e…, comunque appena posso chiesto se spedivano anche dei pacchi e quale fosse il costo, anziché rispondere su peso/costi, mi chiede quanto pesasse, rispondo 20 kg, successivamente mi dici di mettere il pacco sulla bilancia, dicendomi che il costa era maggiore perchè il peso era di 21kg, gli dico subito che mi sembrava strano poiché l'avevo pesato con il bilancino di precisione e pesava intorno ai 20kg, comunque pago per la tariffa maggiore, ma non essendo convinto vado a fare la ricerca della spedizione e come volevasi dimostrare la GLS aveva scritti kg 20,2 - allora non erano 21 come detto e scritto dall'ufficio "Servizi Postali Ferrara Vincenzo" eppure gli avevo detto che era strato, bastava dirmi: supera i 20kg e la tariffa e…….Ho notato poca correttezza e accoglienza clienti pessima. Il direttore è disponibile e alla mano, i dipendenti agli sportelli sorridenti e molto pazienti (cosa molto rara, ai nostri giorni). Lo consiglio vivamente!!!
