Dalle 17 ad espettare fuori,arrivano le 19 esce l'operatore è dice che c'è ne dobbiamo andare,perché devono chiudere.
2 sportelli aperti e 2 operatori che gironzolavano a vuoto tra chiacchiere e risate,nonostante uno sportello è stato bloccato per un'ora.
Imparate il rispetto per il tempo delle persone,abbiamo capito che a voi la giornata deve passare,ma noi abbiamo bambini,anziani o malati a casa che hanno bisogno di noi.
Sono convinta che se c'era il direttore questo non sarebbe successo.

From 5 pm to wait outside, 7 pm arrives, the operator comes out and says that we have to go to any of them, because they have to close.
2 open counters and 2 operators wandering around empty with chatter and laughter, despite a counter being blocked for an hour.
Learn respect for people's time, we understood that the day must pass for you, but we have children, the elderly or the sick at home who need us.
I am convinced that if the director was there this would not have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono. I pacchi degli ordini on line vengono confermati come consegnati dall'ufficio locale al venditore ma poi in realtà non arrivano a casa.
They never answer the phone. Online order packages are confirmed as delivered by the local office to the seller but then do not actually arrive home.
