The poorest courier in Italy. 10 days TRANSIT package. They don't answer the phone. On Facebook they send automatic replies that are of no use.

Per ritirare le raccomandate sono costretto ad effettuare 5 km per recarmi in Casal di Principe alla Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Bad service rendered by the postman. Spedizioni in giacenza a bizzeffe avvisi mai lasciati, destinatari sempre assenti (assolutamente falso) vi do vivamente un consiglio: STATEVI A CASA ANDATE A ZAPPARE!!! Un tempo veniva inviata prima della scadenza per posta ordinaria, oggi invece l'agenzia delle entrate si avvale della collaborazione del Corriere espresso Nexive. Volevo complimentarmi a tal proposito con la signora Lucia per la cortesia e professionalità usata nei confronti degli utenti; con Pasquale il vettore addetto alle consegne, per la sua disponibilità e cortesia nell'offerta di un celere servizio. Un plauso anche all'azienda per aver selezionato adeguatamente il proprio personale, nessuno escluso. Concludo con i miei piu' entusiastici saluti, augurando a tutti loro buon lavoro e buone feste. Ricontrollando i track code di alcune spedizioni sparite nel nulla, mi salta all'occhio la sede di un paio di queste: Carinaro (CE). Ho contattato più volte il call center del suddetto corriere ma non ho mai avuto risposta in merito a queste spedizioni. Mi chiedo se questa è una sede fantasma dove non lavora nessuno o se in quella sede c'è qualcuno che di proposito fa sparire determinate spedizioni. Prossimo passo denuncia presso la Polizia postale I have an online sales business and I use Nexive as a courier for my shipments.
