Ritardi di mesi nella consegna. Il personale che no sa svolgere il suo lavoro dipendenti davvero ignioranti e in esperti sul loro lavoro per fare una cosa ci impigano 30 min proprio in esperti e poco professionali. Per me potrebbe anche chiudere io no ci andro mai più. It really sucks on cleaning and on the regulations on Covid-19 no you keep your distance and no masks even the staff are worn. The staff who do not know how to do their job really ignorant employees and experts on their work to do one thing involve 30 minutes just in experts and unprofessional. For me it might as well close I will never go there again.

Non c'è bisogno di dirvi (per chi conosce l'ufficio postale e i dipendenti), che ci sono volute 6 mani e 3 persone diverse per SBAGLIARE la modalità della chiusura del mio conto (richiesto bonifico). Oggi 7/9/2021 (dopo oltre un mese e mezzo) mi dicono che non è ancora possibile chiudere il conto in quanto NESSUNO È IN GRADO DI CAPIRE il perché non è possibile bonificare i MIEI soldi sul mio attuale conto. Pertanto ho deciso di accettare un assegno che provvederò personalmente a versare sul mio attuale conto pur di togliermi l'incompetenza di queste persone dalle scatole. Come se non bastasse mi hanno chiesto il motivo della mia chiusura conto. Non penso ci voglia un genio per capire che nel 2021 non è accettabile che un ufficio postale non è in grado di predisporre un bonifico. Personalmente penso che occorra uno svecchiamento del personale. Fate spazio ai giovani che non hanno difficoltà a mandare un fax, un email, o semplicemente usare un pc. La società vi sta chiedendo di evolvervi e se non siete in grado fate spazio! La vostra ciucciaggine vi precede. Stipendi regalati. Over a month and a half ago I requested the closure of a current account. There is no need to tell you (for those who know the post office and employees), that it took 6 hands and 3 different people to WRONG the way I closed my account (bank transfer required). Today 7/9/2021 (after over a month and a half) they tell me that it is still not possible to close the account as NO ONE IS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND why it is not possible to transfer MY money to my current account. Therefore I have decided to accept a check that I will personally pay into my current account in order to remove the incompetence of these people from the boxes. As if that weren't enough, they asked me the reason for my account closure. I don't think it takes a genius to understand that in 2021 it is not acceptable that a post office is unable to arrange a wire transfer. Personally, I think there is a need for staff updating. Make room for young people who have no difficulty sending a fax, an email, or simply using a PC. Society is asking you to evolve and if you are not able, make room! Your ciucciaggine precedes you. Wages given away.

Avevo la prenotazione, non mi hanno fatta entrare, lo scan non funzionava e nessuno mi ha aiutata. Sono andata via. Siete pietosi! I put a star because it is the minimum, otherwise below zero.
