Ho dovuto smuovere mari e monti per risolvere il problema. Tra l'altro ho scoperto, con mia sorpresa, che sono soliti fare questi errori. Il modo in cui si rapportano alla clientela è altrettanto riprovevole. Gentilezza e cortesia sono qualità a loro sconosciute. Ho assistito personalmente ad una scena incresciosa che ha visto come protagonista una povera vecchietta trattata in malo modo solo per aver chiesto un'informazione ad uno sportellista, il quale le ha intimato con fare prepotente di tornare al suo posto perché non era ancora il suo turno. In parole povere, non hanno voglia di lavorare e trattano i clienti come pezze da piedi.
