★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio sempre peggio in questa filiale , appuntamento fissato una settimana in anticipo per apertura conto corrente mi chiama la consulente per annullare l’app senza spiegazioni, posta buttate in giardino del palazzo malgrado ci sono le cassette postali!!!!! sta gente si rende conto che é pagata per il servizio? vergogna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio del Portalettere a Grezzano di Mozzecane è ASSENTE.
Ogni volta che DEVE consegnare una raccomandata o un Pacco lascia il biglietto "Avviso di Giacenza" e non si degna a suonare il campanello.
Oggi stesso 08/07/2020 l'ho visto dal balcone di casa, è passato e ha lasciato il biglietto nella cassetta del vicino. Purtroppo non ho fatto in tempo per scendere.
Ogni volta devo chiedermi un permesso di lavoro per ritirare nel ufficio postale.
Quando DEVE consegnare un pacco di piccole dimensioni o una lettera che non ci sta nella casetta, lo lascia sul marciapiedi e non avvisa.
POSTE ITALIANE, controllate i vostri dipendenti, il servizio è una VERGOGNA, ma ricordiamoci che lo paghiamo NON è GRATIS.
Se potessi mettere zero stelle lo farei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzati e lenti lenti lenti.... in questo periodo covid si è costretti ad aspettare all'esterno anche per ore sotto il sole. A volte la coda arriva da via Napoleone fino a via Bixio... E se a orario di chiusura c'è ancora gente che aspetta in coda, mandano via tutti noncuranti delle persone che stavano aspettando pazientemente da tempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi le raccomandate 2 conte su 5 nn suona nessuno, al telefono nn risponde nessuno, la guardia esterna dovrebbe imparare a fare il suo lavoro e dovrebbe imparare a fare sedere dentro gli anziani che attendono in coda sotto sole e pioggia, nn è possibile che anziani cn problemi di salute siano fuori e dentro sedute persone giovani o donne cn bambini che scorrazzano.

Mi lasci il tagliandino è me lo porti in posta, o fai ben il tuo lavoro o lo lasci a chi ha veramente voglia di lavorare. La prossima volta vi denuncio che sia chiaro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna! Ho lavorato un mese alle poste di Villafranca. All'inizio ti viene detto che c'è un percorso di formazione, dove si viene affiancati nel lavoro e poi dopo qualche giorno ti lasciano da solo, nel panico e pretendono che in un mese consegni tutta la posta (e quanta te ne danno) e impari tutto! Non viene dato per niente tempo alla persona nuova di imparare. Per non parlare del direttore.. Persone che non capiscono per niente e non si immedesimano nelle difficoltà di uno che è all'inizio!
A shame! I worked for a month at the post office in Villafranca. At the beginning you are told that there is a training course, where you are supported at work and then after a few days they leave you alone, in a panic and expect that in a month you deliver all the mail (and how much they give you) and learn everything! The new person is not given time to learn at all. Not to mention the director .. People who do not understand at all and do not identify with the difficulties of someone who is at the beginning!
