Peccato per un' impiegata molto maleducata, che non saluta, parla a monosillabi, sbuffa quando deve fare qualcosa e ride addirittura in faccia ai clienti se non sanno dirle quello che LEI deve fare. Mi è capitato durante una restituzione di un pacco: una cliente dopo di me se n'è andata vedendo il comportamento di questa signora e l'avrei fatto anche io se quest'ultima non avesse già preso il mio pacco. La signora, di cui non so il nome (mezz'età con gli occhiali) dovrebbe vergognarsi che una con la metà dei suoi anni le ricordi l'educazione minima, come salutare chi entra e chi esce. E dovrebbe anche ricordare che se non ha voglia di lavorare ci sono persone con molta buona volontà pronte a prendere il suo posto, che sanno essere gentili con i clienti.
