Servizio spesso non all'altezza di situazioni che vanno oltre l'ordinario, personale spesso scontroso. Problemi quando c'è da spedire pacchi. Meglio recarsi agli uffici dei paesi limitrofi, per chi possiede un'auto. Un vero punto debole per il paese, penalizza l'intera comunità. Sarebbe necessario aprire un secondo ufficio che ne smsltisca il carico di lavoro. Inoltre è troppo lontano dai quartieri periferici e chi è a piedi o ha problemi fisici trova non poche difficoltà a raggiungerlo. Always congested, too small to serve the country. I tempi di attesa da quando Poste Italiane fa' la "banca" si sono dilatati a causa della molta burocrazia per aprire un conto o l'antiriciclaggio. Spesso anche i clienti arrivano con documentazione non compilata ... e tutto questo allunga i tempi di attesa. Non capisco come non prende provvedimenti in merito, e/o fare girare il personale postale. Sono molto insoddisfatto, spero di non ritornarci più. Al solo pensiero di andare in posta mi viene da vomitare perche' so, gia' ancora prima di andarci, che dovro' relazionarmi con le signore allo sportello che non hanno la minima voglia di lavorare o aiutare le persone. In particolare a Sant'Angelo regna la FRUSTRAZIONE per la loro vita inutile e per fortuna in posta vado solo una volta ogni tanto perche' ormai vivo all'estero. Anche per ritirare una raccomandata bisogna fare fatica. LICENZIATEVI e fate un favore a tutti i cittadini!! Non entrerò nei dettagli ma l'operatrice che mi ha accolto è stata antipatica e arrogante dapprima con un altro cliente per futili motivi (poteva dire le cose diversamente e senza arroganza) e in un secondo momento anche con me. Io sono educata e moderata nel linguaggio e so che se mi tolgo i filtri per la rabbia potrei non essere più così tanto educata, perciò ho ringraziato e me ne sono andata.
