La signora è stata maleducata, scortese e in più ha iniziato a parlare male della telefonata alle colleghe ancor prima di mettere giù la cornetta. Genio. I just called to ask for an info on a delivery, since I'm late !!! The lady was rude, rude and moreover she started talking badly about the phone call to her colleagues even before putting the phone down. Genius.
R	Raffaele Nitrola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La postina mi ha portato una raccomandata contenente la mia patente rinnovata ma anzichè consegnarmela mi ha detto che come da disposizione covid-19 non poteva consegnamerla e mi ha lasciato l' avviso di mancata consegna con la promessa (ma è previsto così) che ci sarebbe stato un altro tentativo di recapito dopo 10 giorni. Ne sono passati 16 e la mia patente ancora non si è vista. P	Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per stare al pubblico bisognerebbe capire una piccola semplice ma fondamentale cosa: non è ne una lotta ne una guerra con il cliente che si ha davanti quindi non ci si deve creare problemi che non esistono. Avere delle doti di problem solving è fondamentale altrimenti non si è tagliati per questo lavoro. Nessuno è li per passare un po' di tempo per questo si va altrove quindi smaltiamo la fila, nessuno chiede cose impossibili solo un minimo di lavoro. To be in the public you should understand a small simple but fundamental thing: it is neither a struggle nor a war with the customer in front of you therefore there must be no problems that do not exist. Having problem solving skills is essential otherwise you are not cut out for this job. Nobody is there to spend some time so we go elsewhere so we dispose of the queue, nobody asks for impossible things just a minimum of work.

Sono dovuto tornare per ben due volte poiché mi sono state comunicate informazioni parziali e imprecise. Addirittura mi si è consigliato di spedire con un'altra compagnia per "tribolare" meno. Assurdo.. I needed to send a simple small package overseas, and no employee was able to tell me the procedure. I had to come back twice as I was given partial and inaccurate information. I was even advised to ship with another company to "trouble" less. Absurd..

Porto un pacco alla posta di Camucia e assisto ad una scena imbarazzante: l’uomo in fila prima di me litiga pesantemente con l’impiegata perché questa, per la seconda volta in pochi giorni gli dice di non poter spedire il suo pacco. Poi arriva il mio turno e con un tono inaccettabile, la signora mi liquida dicendo “il sistema non funziona! Se non funziona riproverà domani che sarà mai? Che ne so io quando funziona il sistema oh!” 1) perché farmi fare 20 minuti di fila e accettare di emettere i numeri della fila pacchi se il sistema non funziona? 2) la signora crede che il mio tempo non valga niente, che posso tornare quando fa comodo a lei? 3) la signora, oltre ad imparare l’educazione dovrebbe ricordare che il mio tempo io lo uso per guadagnare soldi che servono a pagare tasse che pagano anche il suo inutile stipendio. Se lavoraste per delle aziende serie sareste disoccupati già da molto tempo. If only you could give less than 1! F	Francesco Presentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicono che fare la fila alle poste sia una delle esperienze più brutte, bè io l'ho dovuta fare ben due volte. Dovevo semplicemente ritirare una raccomandata e spedire un pacco, mi hanno fatto prendere due numeri differenti facendo due volte la fila e buttando ben 1 ora e mezzo dentro l'ufficio postale. Qui a Camucia è sempre la solita storia, ogni volta. Sono costretto a venire solo perché è l'unico ufficio aperto il pomeriggio, altrimenti consiglio vivamente di andare all'ufficio di terontola dove sono competenti e cordiali. They say that queuing at the post office is one of the worst experiences, well I had to do it twice. I simply had to pick up a registered letter and send a package, they made me pick up two different numbers by queuing twice and throwing an hour and a half into the post office. Here in Camucia it's always the same story, every time. I am only forced to come because it is the only office open in the afternoon, otherwise I highly recommend going to the terontola office where they are competent and friendly.
