Purtroppo da più di un mese l'ufficio è aperto solo alla mattina con enormi difficoltà per le persone che lavorano e che alla mattina non possono andarci. La mattina adesso ci sono sempre assembramenti.... l'ufficio sul Sito di Poste Italiane risulta aperto fino alle ore 19.05, già segnalato alle Poste ma dopo due settimane invariato, sembra che l'orario sia fino invariato. Non hanno capito che c'è gente dalle valli della Carnia che scende a Tolmezzo per eseguire operazioni al pomeriggio. Gestione proprio terribile. Consiglio di aprire almeno due giornate su 6 al pomeriggio e riservare l'accesso a chi lavora (al mattino ci sono già i pensionati che hanno la precedenza).
Nothing to say about the staff who work there. Unfortunately for more than a month the office has been open only in the morning with enormous difficulties for the people who work and who cannot go there in the morning. In the morning now there are always gatherings .... the office on the Italian Post Office site is open until 19.05, already reported to the post office but after two weeks unchanged, it seems that the time is unchanged. They did not understand that there are people from the Carnia valleys who come down to Tolmezzo to carry out operations in the afternoon. Just terrible management. I recommend opening at least two days out of 6 in the afternoon and reserving access to those who work (in the morning there are already pensioners who have priority).

Ho telefonato alla struttura per chiedere informazioni riguardanti un pacco che dovevo ricevere e l'operatrice, oltre che a chiedermi 3 volte il motivo della mia chiamata e non lasciarmi rispondere, mi ha riso letteralmente in faccia, dicendomi che non si occupano di queste cose e facendomi sentire assolutamente fuori luogo perché ho osato chiedere un'informazione.
Passi il fatto che il corriere ha segnalato una mancata consegna anche se sono rimasta tutto il giorno a casa ad aspettare il pacco, ma il modo in cui l'operatrice mi ha risposto è assolutamente poco professionale e non rispettoso.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. I phoned the facility to ask for information regarding a package that I had to receive and the operator, as well as asking me 3 times the reason for my call and not letting me answer, literally laughed at me, telling me that they do not deal with these things and making me feel absolutely out of place because I dared to ask for information.
Pass the fact that the courier reported a non-delivery even though I stayed at home all day waiting for the package, but the way in which the operator replied to me is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.
