★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'inizio tutto bene oggi , purtroppo, una brutta sorpresa: ho portato mio figlio a fare un otturazione, l'ultima...al momento del pagamento mi comunicano che il preventivo è aumentato di quasi 500euro!! Le modifiche dei preventivi, avvenute in diverse giornate, a me non sono state comunicate...poca serietà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saltato un ponte provvisorio mentre sono in visita a Tolmezzo, mi reco in studio per capire se e quale soluzione adottare nel breve periodo o preventivo lungo termine. 5 minuti di orologio di visita e referto che già conoscevo (sono andato li dicendo al telefono cosa accaduto) e rimandato via con 30 euro richiesti. Pessima esperienza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinque stelle perchè di più non è possibile darne! Ottima struttura in centro a Tolmezzo. Mi sono trovata bene fin dalla prima accoglienza. Ho spiegato il mio problema e mi è stata subito prospettata, con molta professionalità, la migliore soluzione. Chiaro il preventivo rispettato a conclusione dell'intervento. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile anche con chi, come la sottoscritta, ha una paura folle del dentista. Proprio per questa mia fobia ho conosciuto vari studi ma mai ho trovato così tanta competenza e pazienza!
Non posso far altro che farvi nuovamente i complimenti e consigliare la vostra struttura. Claudia ?
Five stars because more is not possible! Excellent structure in the center of Tolmezzo. I felt good from the first reception. I explained my problem and the best solution was immediately proposed to me, with great professionalism. The budget complied with at the end of the intervention is clear. Staff courteous and always available even with those who, like myself, have a crazy fear of the dentist. Precisely for this phobia of mine I have known various studies but I have never found so much competence and patience!
