Bancoposta always out of service for picking up, so you are forced to withdraw at other counters by paying additional commissions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si può dare meno....personale di un incredibile lentezza inaudita, ineducazione dominante e soprattutto la preparazione lavorativa del personale rasenta l ignoranza più assoluta ove si denota una preparazione inetta.... dulcis in fundo un arroganza e presupponenza senza pari....il bancomat esterno non funziona da 3 anni

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un peccato che non si possa dare meno di una stella. Personale assolutamente incompetente. Non sanno dove cercare la documentazione necessaria per inviare pacchi a livello internazionale, né sul loro programma per computer o nell'ufficio postale stesso! Poi si arrabbiano e iniziano a urlarti contro perché non sanno cosa stanno facendo. Penseresti che dopo 15 anni che ho portato tutta la documentazione necessaria, qualcuno avrebbe ormai imparato. Un servizio peggiore non potrebbe essere possibile.
It is a pity that less than one star cannot be given. Absolutely incompetent staff. They don't know where to look for the documentation needed to send packages internationally, either on their computer program or in the post office itself! Then they get angry and start yelling at you because they don't know what they are doing. You would think that after 15 years of bringing all the necessary documentation, someone would have learned by now. A worse service could not be possible.
