★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il call center di Poste Italiane e mi è stato riferito che molti uffici postali hanno disattivato il servizio a causa delle molteplici discussione tra gli utenti, pertanto la causa del disservizio "SIAMO NOI"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamane c'era gente in fila gia' dall'alba. Lo sportello bancomat non dava il biglietto per regolare l'accesso, ma eventualmente lo elargisce solo se hai la tessera sanitaria. Alle 8.20 il direttore stacca 3 biglietti dal totem interno e apre le porte quindi ci si ammassa per entrare e prendere il biglietto da dentro, nello stesso momento abilitano il bancomat a dare il biglietto, quindi il marasma. Chi era dentro veniva superato in coda da chi arrivato dopo e staccava il biglietto fuori. Nessuno degli impiegati che dava una regola alla fila, si sono limitati a dire che fuori c'era un cartello con le disposizioni. Ovvio è finita a schifio .

At 8.20 the director removes 3 tickets from the internal totem and opens the doors, then people crowd in to enter and take the ticket from inside, at the same time they enable the ATM to give the ticket, hence the chaos. Who was inside was overtaken in the queue by those who arrived later and tore the ticket outside. None of the employees who gave a rule to the line, they just said that there was a sign outside with the provisions. Obviously it ended up in disgust.
