★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunghi tempi di attesa perché molto spesso ci sono clienti che devono fare lunghe operazioni allo sportello... E essendoci solo 2 sportelli tuttofare, per ritirare una lettera in giacenza si deve attendere anche 45 minuti!
