Provate voi, come i dipendenti, a passare ore e ore dietro lo sportello ed avere a che fare con molti clienti che non hanno un minimo di educazione e pazienza. A Santhià si danno da fare e sono in trincea ogni giorno. Sono sempre gentili e fanno bene il loro lavoro. Cliente poste più che soddisfatto. Aggiungo che i veri problemi le creano le App. Aggiornamenti continui. Impostazioni da cambiare. Password, Spid, ID. Una foresta informatica che la nostra società non riesce ad assimilare per la fascia di età medio alta, cioè più del 70% di italiani. Non eravamo pronti per un cambiamento drastico. Agli sportelli o servono i clienti o passano ore ad aggiornarsi sui sulle nuove procedure. Tutti questi controlli incrociati sulla sicurezza, sulla privacy, ecc non servono. Chi gestisce soldi di dubbia provenienza se ne frega. Mafia e compagnia non certo si connettono per pagare una bolletta. Un giovane informatico di oggi riesce ad entrare su una carta non sua in 5 minuti e mentre gioca col video ad altro, visto di persona. Chi crea le App, spara continui aggiornamenti che riempiono la memoria dei PC, telefoni, tablet. Basta cambiarli, no. Che diammine, li regalano!! Fate pulizia di chi scalda solo sedie o frequenta macchinette del caffè. Alle Poste nemmeno riescono ad andare a fare la pipì. Solo questo chiedo. Cambiate mood, metteteci un po' di voglia nel vostro lavoro, quello. Delle poste é un servizio importante, merita più professionalità.
