★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato il turno per 2 ore e subito dopo viene a te,ti dicono gli. Sportelli sono chiusi. Secondo me ,ad un certo orario devono avvertire il pubblico che da quel momento non si accettano prenotazioni.Il Direttore deve organizzare questo lavoro per avere rispetto del pubblico.
After waiting for the shift for 2 hours and soon after he comes to you, they tell you. Doors are closed. In my opinion, at a certain time they must warn the public that from that moment reservations are not accepted. The Director must organize this work to have respect for the public.
