Mi voleva mandare via perchè non aveva letto bene! Direttore assente ..ma alla fine è una grande azienda..che gliene frega,hanno anche la protezione vs il cliente.Non è il primo episodio di straffotenza. I found an employee who has been working for years incompetent in the sense that he could not read the recipient and who delegated, absurd! He wanted to send me away because he had not read correctly! Director absent ..but in the end it is a great company .. who cares, they also have protection against the customer. It is not the first episode of overbearing.

Per non parlare della maleducazione e della strafottenza. Complimenti andate avanti così.?? Inefficient staff. Incredibly slow. Operations failed despite the 2 and a half hour wait. A	Antonio Palasciano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale arrogante e maleducato a volte ti lasciano allo sportello per parecchio tempo e spariscono o per pausa caffè o altro oppure si pagano le bollette di qualche amico o parente senza che ti avvisano mentre la gente che aspetta il suo turno si arrabbia con te. Mi dispiace che poste italiane dia questa immagine al pubblico, dovrebbero stare più controllo al personale. arrogant and rude staff sometimes leave you at the counter for a long time and disappear or for a coffee break or something else or you pay the bills of some friend or relative without notifying you while people waiting their turn get angry with you. I'm sorry that Poste Italiane gives this image to the public, the staff should be more scrutinized.

Fuori accalcati a 40 gradi, senza distanza di sicurezza. 2h10 min di fila e Alle 19.06 ti chiudono gli sportelli in faccia,... 2.10 di fila per non rí uscire a pagar nulla Arrogance and disrespect. Shame on the waiting times .... You can no longer take the number until the queue is inside the office. Crowded out at 40 degrees, with no safety distance. 2h10 min in a row and at 19.06 the doors close in your face, ... 2.10 in a row to not go out to pay anything

Disordine e caos nel gestire la fila infinita e il direttore crede di poter trattare i clienti a suo piacimento con risposte maleducate e inopportune. Gran Cafone !
