★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che sono maleducati, senza voglia di lavorare ed incompetenti è dir poco, ma poi a cosa serve prendere appuntamento se bisogna fare comunque la fila, per poi sentirsi dire " eh signora non lo so faccia la fila comunque".
Senza parole davvero, parlando anche del fatto che non si riesca neanche a parlare per telefono con un'operatore del servizio clienti.
To say that they are rude, unwilling to work and incompetent is an understatement, but then what's the point of making an appointment if you have to queue anyway, only to be told "eh lady I don't know, do the queue anyway".
Speechless really, even talking about the fact that you can't even talk to a customer service agent on the phone.
