★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può mettere: pacchi con degli oggetti dentro lasciati fuori della cassetta delle lettere senza avvisare......bisognerebbe applicare gli stessi concetti della legge americana per la quale questo comportamento è REATO!
Unfortunately, you cannot put less than a star: parcels with objects inside left outside the mailbox without warning ... the same concepts of American law should be applied for which this behavior is CRIME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disservizi continui: piu' volte la posta non viene consegnata e rimandata indietro. Lasciano i biglietti di mancata consegna ad orari assurdi. Non rispodono al telefono. E' impossibile parlare con qualcuno.
Continuous disruptions: more than once the mail is not delivered and sent back. They leave tickets for non-delivery at absurd times. They do not answer the phone. It is impossible to talk to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimi,non consegnano e mandano indietro i pacchi senza un reale motivo,la scusa è sempre la stessa: indirizzo errato o incompleto.
quest anno ho tenuto il conto e il 20% della corrispondenza e pacchi torna indietro.
se fosse una fabbrica con il 20% di reso e prodotti fallati verrebbero licenziati tutti!
bad, they do not deliver and send back the packages without a real reason, the excuse is always the same: wrong or incomplete address.
this year I have kept the bill and 20% of correspondence and parcels come back.
if it were a factory with 20% return and flawed products they would all be fired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Direttore è stato cortese e gentile, purtroppo però, nonostante il suo impegno, qualcuno dello staff che si occupa di recapitare la posta (raccomandate in particolare) una volta fuori casa non fa quei 10mt in più per suonare il campanello e lascia gli avvisi nella cassetta della posta senza aver suonato, oggi io ero a casa e lo hanno rifatto...è già, perchè è la 4a volta che succede!...eppure sulla cassetta delle lettere c'è un bel cartello che dice: IL CAMPANELLO è all'interno? (Forse non sanno leggere, o forse non vedono bene). Se questi "postini" non hanno voglia di lavorare perchè non assumente gente davvero volenterosa? Ci sono milioni di italiani che darebbero un rene pur di avere un posto di lavoro...ditelo ai vostri portalettere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che al postino di Grottammare manca sia la volontà che la vista e FICCANASO...nel mese di Luglio lascia l acido di due ar nella cassetta di un alto condomino senza che cento nulla con me .
Oggi controllo la cassetta e vedo una bolletta Enel strappata ha metà in corrispondenza della somma che dovrò pagare...
Una volta lo richiamata .....adesso andrò per vie legali .

Per fare un reclamo di persona bisogna prendere un giorno di ferie dal lavoro perché hanno degli orari assurdi. Poi non si può neanche reclamare telefonicamente perché non hanno un numero di telefono attivo e l'unico che ho trovato sul web è inutile.
