A	Alessandra Marchetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIFICANTE un solo sportello aperto, sono stata in fila fuori dalle 12 alle 13.15 con solo 7/8 persone prima di me, dalle 13.15 alle 13.35, quindi per 20 MINUTI, il direttore e l'unico impiegato di sportello con evidente difficoltà (non conoscevano bene la procedura da utilizzare) hanno preso in carico 4 pacchi di resi merce di una signora qui in ferie (esterefatta dalla lentezza e dall'incompetenza) e alle 13.36 il direttore ha annunciato che non avrebbe fatto fare più operazioni, neppure alle 2 persone già dentro, io e un altro signore! Le persone fuori, alcune turiste e altri del posto non ci potevano credere. Ho chiesto perché almeno non avesse annunciato prima l'intenzione di non effettuare neppure le operazioni delle persone che aveva fatto entrare e mi ha risposto sgarbatamente che quello era l'orario. Un gran cafone! La fila sotto il sole siciliano senza potersi allontanare di un passo PERCHÉ OVVIAMENTE I NUMERINI ELETTRONICI NON FUNZIONANO DA MESI SE NON DA ANNI IN QUELL' UFFICIO, MA IL TABELLONE INTERNO È ACCESO A CONSUMARE LUCE, per poi farsi chiudere la porta in faccia sommata all'evidente incompetenza del personale è stata veramente una gran bella figura con i turisti, io mi sono vergognata di vivere in una città dove i servizi pubblici sono così scadenti. Mi sono sentita trattata come io non tratterei neppure un animale! I felt treated like I wouldn't even treat an animal!

Un solo sportello e il direttore che assolutamente non può occuparne un altro. E' la posta più allucinante di tutta Siracusa e provincia. Evitatela come la peste. Una stella solo perché non esiste il meno dieci. I queued from noon to 1.35 pm and then returned home without having done any operation. Only one counter and the manager who absolutely cannot occupy another one. It is the most hallucinating post in all of Syracuse and its province. Avoid it like the plague. A star only because there is no minus ten.
N	Nico Pegoraro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direttore cafone e maleducato. Alle 13.20 avvisa che alle 13.35 avrebbe chiuso, fregandosene delle persone che aspettavano da un ora sotto il sole. È una vergogna dare un servizio del genere (sarebbe bastato avvisare anche solo 30/40 minuti prima, visto che sarà la situazione di ogni giorno). Non è giusto dare lavoro a persone che non hanno voglia ne di lavorare ne di migliorare un servizio utile a tutti. Tra l altro, sempre il direttore, ha chiamato i carabinieri visto che non volevo uscire, carabinieri che avrei aspettato volentieri per spiegare la situazione. Dopo 20 minuti me ne sono andato, manco i carabinieri sono arrivati. Disperazione Peasant and rude manager. R	Roberto Giuliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrei dare zero ma purtoppo bisogna dare una stalle per commentare . Zero come qualità di servizio. Zero come igiene, molto sporco . Zero come cordialità. Il direttore e tutto lo staff dovrebbe andare al mercato e non dentro un ufficio postale . Mi sono recato diverse volte in questo pseudo ufficio postale . E vermante assurdo avere un posto del genere. I should give zero but unfortunately you have to give a stable to comment. Zero in quality of service. Zero as hygiene, very dirty. Zero as friendliness. The manager and all the staff should go to the market and not into a post office. I went to this pseudo post office several times. It is damning absurd to have such a place.

Ci sono altri dipendenti dell'ufficio postale nelle stanze dietro, ma nessuno si sogna di aprire un altro sportello al pubblico. Una vera vergogna! Only one door open. Only one customer was served in 25 minutes. There are other post office employees in the back rooms, but no one dreams of opening another door to the public. A real shame!
A	Angela Lamberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questo posto è terribile. sono incinta e ho dovuto aspettare più di un'ora per essere aiutata. poi, quando finalmente sono arrivato davanti, hanno detto che dovevo andare in un posto diverso per prendere una busta per inviare la posta. La vecchia al banco era lenta e scortese - e ha detto che era normale. Loro (l'ufficio postale) non avevano buste per inviare la posta. Tutti dovevano andare nella posizione più grande per ottenere il busta quindi tornare per inviare effettivamente la posta. Risparmia tempo. NON ANDATE QUI. this place is terrible. I am pregnant and had to wait over an hour for help. then, when I finally got to the front, they said I had to go to a different place to get an envelope to send the mail. The old woman at the counter was slow and rude - and said it was normal. They (the post office) didn't have envelopes to send mail. Everyone had to go to the larger location to get the envelope then come back to actually send the mail. Save time. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stamps for postcards to destinations in Europe, including England (stiĺl), cost €1.15 each. There are less post boxes than there used to be but there is always one outside a post office.
