★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei degli addetti é stato poco cortese e poco professionale. E la cosa che mi sorprende di più è che non c'era fila. Avevo dimenticato di prendere il biglietto ma subito dopo di me nn c'era nessuno, una frazione di secondo dopo entra un altra persona prende il numero "che in teoria doveva essere il mio" e si accorge che c'ero io e con molta educazione e mi ha anche dato la precedenza. Ma al momento di essere servito il nostro mister simpatia si è rifiutato di servirmi perché voleva il biglietto.vi ricordo che nn c'era nessun altro. La direttrice si è scusate dicendo che noi serviamo solo per numero. Ma ragazzi stiamo scherzando ma a chi volete prendere per i fondelli potevamo anche scambiarci il numero, con l'ltra persona. Non solo é stato scortese e non ha adempito al suo dovere statale ma è sTato anche un presuntuoso nei confronti di un contribuente. Incompetente lascia spazio ha chi ha voglia di servire la gente e lo fa con un sorriso, non abbiamo bisogno di poltroni mangia stipendio....... avrebbe potuto risolvere la situazione molto facilmente in parecchi modi.vergogna
