★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un pacco nella posta di osio sopra premetto che non ho mai inviato un pacco, chiedo istruzioni per compilare un contrassegno e il collaboratore in modo poco cortese mi risponde in maniera vaga, dopo mi dice ha sbagliato gli è ne do un altro anche prendo e me ne vado senza spedire,Se la gente non ha voglia di fare un lavoro di sportello non gli è lo ordina nessuno che vada a pulire nei sottoscala così non deve aver a che fare con il pubblico, questi sono gli impiegati statali dei fighi conviti che il popolo debba sapere tutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come ufficio sono bravi. Nonostante che sono in due, piano piano, ma il suo lavoro fanno bene. Servizio consegna del pacchi e lettere terribile. A volte neanche guardano il nome del destinatario e buttano un pacco di lettere in una casseta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto questo ufficio postale pessimo. Mi sono recata per restituire un pacco, nonostante all' interno ci fossero 3 impiegati e 2 persone davanti a me, ho atteso 1 ora. Ho chiesto un informazione e l impiegato presente già famoso per essere lento e poco disponibile si è dimostrato essere pure maleducato. Sono uscita c era una fila di almeno 15 persone al limite della sopportazione. Sono indignata!!!!
I rate this post office as bad. I went to return a package, despite the fact that there were 3 employees and 2 people in front of me, I waited 1 hour. I asked for information and the employee present, already famous for being slow and not very helpful, proved to be also rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A partire dal fatto che solo di una scordialità assoluta in più non parliamo della lentezza mezz’ora per fare una persona di cui sei persone fuori in fila ad aspettare di entrare per sentirsi dire no ormai è arrivato l’orario di chiusura non facciamo più nessuno dopo che sei da mezz’ora in fila ad aspettare il colmo una persona che lavora se così si può dire perché è stata perlopiù lì a chiacchierare e l’altra che sparisce per più di mezz’ora però vabbè se questi sono i lavoratori che paghiamo noi a posto siamo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UFFICIO POSTALE OSIO SOPRA : nonostante sia piccolo (presumo in proporzione al paese) ho trovato 2 sportelli aperti.....tanti quanti in paesi più grandi (vedi Osio sotto che ha il triplo degli abitanti) ed il personale ha gestito in modo educato le spedizioni senza problemi a differenza di altri uffici postali
POST OFFICE OSIO ABOVE: despite being small (I assume in proportion to the country) I found 2 branches open ..... as many as in larger countries (see Osio below which has three times the number of inhabitants) and the staff managed in a polite way hassle-free shipments unlike other post offices

Anche per ritirare una semplice lettera in giacenza ho dovuto perdere moltissimo tempo. Nell'avviso di giacenza , il postino ha scritto che avrei potuto ritirare la lettera presso l'ufficio di Osio Sotto in via Verdi, e io sono andato presso quell'ufficio a ritirare la busta. Salvo poi scoprire allo sportello delle poste di Osio Sotto che il postino ha sbagliato, e la mia busta era invece presso l'ufficio di Osio Sopra. Senza contare la fila e il tempo perso per entrare in entrambi gli uffici, più di un ora e mezza di tempo sprecato inutilmente per ritirare una semplice busta. Senza parole
