★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale Gentilissimo e garbatissimo.Un po' lento nelle operazioni,presenta il vantaggio di una buona competenza tecnica e di una disponibilita'che esula dalla norma.Il problema grosso e'il distanziamento Covid prima di entrare nella Sede.Hanno uno spazio di attesa pre-ingresso troppo risicato.Non e'un problema del personale ma della struttura inadeguata.Dovrebbero inserire un numero an esterno in modo da permettere alle persone una distanza congrua e coerente senza incorrere in problematiche di attesa(incivilta'collettiva).
Staff very kind and polite. A little slow in operations, it has the advantage of good technical competence and availability that goes beyond the norm. The big problem is the Covid distancing before entering the Headquarters. - entrance too narrow. It is not a problem of the staff but of the inadequate structure. They should insert an external an number in order to allow people a congruous and coherent distance without incurring waiting problems (collective civilization).
