Le cose spedite (quadri) sono arrivati a destinazione in mille pezzi e in più mi hanno fatto passare per spilorcia e bugiarda dopo che ero andata due o tre volte a chiedere consiglio su come spedire. " voi non avete voluto pagare l'imballo in cassa" mi è stato risposto " perché costava troppo" .... loro sono i professionisti e loro devono peovvedere ad imballare nel mogliore dei modi a seconda del tipo di spedizione da fare. I miei quadri sono arrivati a destinazione solo con la carta velina con cui io li avevo portati, con lo stesso nastro adesivo ancora e avvolti solamente nella carta a pallini, sono un giro.... ditemi voi se questo è un imballaggio per una spedizione dall'Italia alla Grecia di quadri .... costo 80 euro, non assicurato. Ho sbagliato io, sicuramente, ad affidarmi a spedizionieri del genere. Tutti i miei complimenti. Very bad experience. I will never use their services again. My paintings arrived at their destination only with the tissue paper with which I had brought them, with the same adhesive tape still and only wrapped in the shot paper, they are a turn .... tell me if this is a packing for a shipment from Italy to Greece of paintings .... cost 80 euros, not insured. I was wrong, of course, to rely on such shippers. All my compliments.

Plafoniere arrivate a destinazione puntuali ed intatte nonostante il venditore avesse fatto un imballo non proprio perfetto. Il corriere che me la ho consegnate mi ha detto di averle posizionate sul sedile passeggero per evitare che si rompessero. Dal ritiro alla consegna tutto é stato perfetto, volevo proprio ringraziarvi per i guanti di velluto e l'ottima organizzazione. Soprattutto un grazie al corriere SDA che me le ha consegnate a domicilio a Marcon oggi 27.05.2021 si sono scheggiate solo le lampadine che erano mezze svitate peraltro. Mi fanno un'offerta. Prima di accettare tramite l'app chiedo se sono assicurati in quanto uno degli oggetti è una bici da corsa di valore. Mi viene risposto che tutti i loro trasporti sono assicurati. Specifico che voglio essere informata in anticipo su quando prevedono la consegna e chiedo se ci sono politiche di trasporto particolari da visionare. Mi viene risposto solo di condividere dettaglio colli e imballo. Specifico il dettaglio dei colli spediti: 4 scatoloni imballati, 1 oggetto incartato e una valigia da attrezzatura sportiva con bici. Chiedo per sapere se lato mio mi devo occupare di qualcosa (non avendo mai fatto una spedizione), mi viene risposto di imballare bene e appiccicare l'etichetta ai pacchi. La bici è arrivata in pezzi, come se ci fossero passati sopra con il muletto. Ho chiesto informazioni per il risarcimento danni per un trasporto effettuato a metà settembre, ma dopo lo scambio di un paio di mail non ho più ricevuto notizie. Mi toccherà procedere per altre vie, perché l'errore è umano ma poi bisogna anche dimostrare di voler rimediare. Anche perché io adesso dovrò comprare un'altra bici. Fortemente sconsigliato, specialmente per chi come me pensa di affidarsi a dei professionisti del settore. Conosciuti attraverso la piattaforma macingo hanno sbagliato prima la data del ritiro, poi hanno aggiunto un collo in più rispetto a quelli indicati, poi non mi hanno informato dell'annullamento del ritiro programmato a causa di un disguido tra me e il corriere al quale avevano affidato la spedizione. E per concludere in bellezza tutti i pacchi sono arrivati danneggiati (compresi quelli con scritto FRAGILE). Comunicazione inesistente se non attraverso messaggi WhatsApp con tutti i limiti del caso. Servizio e assistenza scadenti. Ho saputo dell'annullamento non da euroservice ma chiamando il corriere perché ero in attesa del ritiro ma non si è presentato nessuno nell'orario stabilito. Pianifichiamo quindi un nuovo ritiro per il giorno successivo specificando che ho necessità del ritiro in mattinata per esigenze familiari posticipate a causa dell'annullamento. Non vedendo arrivare nessuno, chiamo ancora il corriere il quale mi ha informato che l'orario per il nuovo ritiro pianificato da euroservice non poteva essere effettuato(il corriere ritira solo nel pomeriggio e a detta del corriere questo euroservice lo sapeva). Contatto euroservice (ovviamente su WhatsApp) per chiedere spiegazioni e non si degnano neanche di rispondere. In pratica ho pagato euroservice per avere un servizio di basso livello e per gestire direttamente e personalmente il tutto con il corriere. Mai più. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente
