★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da esperienza personale evito di recarmi in posta a Guidizzolo!piuttosto faccio qualche km in più e vado nei paesi vicini dove le poste sono decisamente più efficienti!! il personale è molto scortese e troppo lento ! Mi scoccia anche solo dare 1 stella !!!
 From personal experience I avoid going to the post office in Guidizzolo! Rather I do a few more kilometers and go to neighboring countries where the post office is much more efficient !! the staff is very rude and too slow! It annoys me just to give 1 star !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo lente. All'ora in cui ce più gente e ci deve essere più persone al computer non ci sono. Ce una signora anziana e questo lavoro non fa assolutamente per lei. Almeno mettete tutte tre persone quando ci sono più persone invece no, mettete due persone di cui solo il maschio lavora per bene.
Too slow. At the time when there are more people and there must be more people on the computer, they are not there. There is an elderly lady and this job is absolutely not for her. At least put all three people when there are more people but no, put two people of which only the male works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’unica persona capace in quell’ufficio e il signore con i capelli lunghi. Poi c’è quella vecchia che sta in mezzo e proprio antipatica ed una menefreghista.
The only capable person in that office is the gentleman with long hair. Then there is the old woman who is in the middle and really unpleasant and an indifferent one.

I was there today with my elderly dad .. both Mrs. Morena and the manager were very kind .. I have never seen so much delicacy in another post office ... thank you very much ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disponibile e cortese. In particolare il direttore mi ha aiutata con pazienza a rivedere una domanda di rimborso per frode su PostePay, domanda andata a buon fine. Se capita a periodi che i tempi di attesa siano lunghi, forse è perché che c'è un'alta percentuale di clienti straniera, spesso in difficoltà con la lingua e con procedure nuove o complesse, persone che ho visto sempre seguite con cura.
Helpful and courteous staff. In particular, the director patiently helped me to review a refund application for fraud on PostePay, which was successful. If waiting times are long, perhaps it is because there is a high percentage of foreign customers, often in difficulty with the language and with new or complex procedures, people I have always seen followed with care.
