Oltre all incuria di scale esterne muri sporchi ragnatele da tutte le parti sempre esternamente e lapavimentazione esterna direi anche pericolosa non è capibile mantenere uno stabile frequentato tutti i giorni da centinaia di persone , in queste condizioni
