★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimi. mi hanno negato una spedizione all’estero perché si rifiutano di controllare loro stessi se la germania al momento è servita. sarebbe il loro lavoro, ma non hanno alcuna voglia di farlo :)
bad. they denied me a shipment abroad because they refuse to check themselves if Germany is served at the moment. it would be their job, but they have no desire to do it :)

Sono andata da loro, dopo aver fatto appuntamento online per una Carta Acquisti, mi hanno mandata a casa con il discorso che non avevo compilato il modulo, la seconda volta mi hanno chiesto i documenti del padre che, non era il richiedente della carta in originale, fatto anche questo, la terza volta mi hanno detto di tornare il giorno dopo perché non avevano persone adatte per fare una procedura per la Carta Acquisti e alla fine, la quinta volta mi hanno detto, senza fare alcuna prova che ho l'ISEE troppo alto, cosa che non era affatto vera.
Oggi sono andata a Vigasio, lì già un'altro discorso. Hanno fatto tutti i documenti nel giro di 30 minuti e adesso avrò anche la Carta Acquisti che loro mi dicevano che non potrò averla perché supero con l'ISEE. Valutate voi adesso. Sono persone adatte a lavorare in Posta? Sono pagati per loro lavoro o soltanto per il fatto che stanno seduti davanti al computer e aspettano che il tempo passi per andare in pensione?
