Gente che viene fatta passare avanti e che non era presente al momento della chiamata e che si presenta in ritardo dopo due numeri chiamati. Per finire dopo un'ora di fila per ritirare una raccomandata mi viene detto che arriverà domani in giacenza! ...peccato che sulla cartolina il giorno indicato era oggi. Gestione penosa. 1 stella perché zero era impossibile dare. chissà se Poste leggerà mai questi commenti... dubito. slowest post office in Rome, you know when you enter and you don't know when you leave. People who are passed on and who were not present at the time of the call and who show up late after two numbers called. Finally, after an hour in line to collect a registered letter, I am told that it will arrive tomorrow in stock! ... pity that on the postcard the day indicated was today. Painful management. 1 star because zero was impossible to give. who knows if Poste will ever read these comments ... I doubt.

They are not the best but there really much worse maybe the operators are good people sure I have known them for many years what makes it a bit negative is also the place where it is located then it should be more friendly some people hopefully improve then for the ICV. THERE DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF SPACE AND THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE LAW104 THEN SURE NOT ALL BY BIZIO.????

Per ritirare una raccomandata la stessa fila per consegna pacchi, pagamenti, altre operazioni, prenotati tramite app. Per non parlare della lentezza. Non sono una che si lamenta e rispetto le PA ma questa situazione è davvero imbarazzante. 2/6 cash desks open without any distinction between bookings. To collect a registered letter, the same line for parcel delivery, payments, other operations, booked via the app. Not to mention the slowness. I am not one to complain and respect the PA but this situation is really embarrassing.

Il problema non sarà mai risolto al primo appuntamento ma purtroppo ti toccherà riandarci e passare ulteriori ore, sperando che la seconda volta ti capiti il funzionario giusto. Hai una piccola speranza se ti impunti e dici la tua per farti ascoltare, altrimenti torni il giorno successivo perché tanto la tendenza non è di risolvere i problemi ma di rimandare al giorno seguente. Mancanza di cortesia e organizzazione, gestione pessima, lentezza e disinteresse totale a risolvere i problemi. More than a post office I would define it as a place to go to waste time. The problem will never be solved on the first appointment but unfortunately you will have to go back and spend more hours, hoping that the second time you get the right officer. You have a little hope if you pause and say your opinion to make yourself heard, otherwise you will come back the next day because the tendency is not to solve problems but to postpone until the next day. Lack of courtesy and organization, bad management, slowness and total disinterest in solving problems.

T	TheSlingu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place! Totally chaotic! You have to wait hours (and that is not exaggerated) and maybe they will just sent you away again. I waited nearly two hours, and when it was closing time they just through everybody out. I needed to come three times to get my package: The first time they closed down (as above), the second time I was send away with the explanation that my package simply isn't there, and the next day when I came back they apologized and told me that they suddenly have found it. Poste italia: NEVER AGAIN
