★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in questo posto pervade un clima familiare ma rimane comunque un piccolo ufficio postale di paese. normalmente sono aperti solo due sportelli, per questo preferisco pagare le bollette nelle ricevitorie. Per i servizi di bancoposta dipende dalle impiegate che trovi. Metto tre stelle perchè ho visto uffici postali peggiori.

Capisco la mancanza di personale ma il sabato molta gente si riversa verso gli uffici postali ed in stagione estiva anche i turisti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffa sulla Postepay. Era nato un calvario e ci avevano rimbalzati a Latina da un ufficio a un altro. Senza molte speranze abbiamo provato a Sabotino. Ci hanno fatto avere l'estratto conto il giorno dopo, per posta elettronica, abbiamo consegnato tutti i documenti per la richiesta di rimborso e in capo a dieci giorni CI HANNO RIMBORSATO LA SOMMA. Dire che abbiamo parlato con persone smart, preparate e veloci, dalla signora allo sportello al responsabile è poco. Per una cosa del genere in banca ci hanno fatto perdere mesi e mesi senza concludere niente. Al Sabotino le poste stanno decisamente avanti rispetto alle filiali di città. GRAZIE !!! Torneremo sicuramente da voi

To say that we talked to smart, prepared and fast people, from the lady at the counter to the manager is an understatement. For such a thing in the bank they made us waste months and months without getting anything done. At Sabotino, the post offices are definitely ahead of the city branches. THANK YOU !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente non e' piu' un ufficio che ha per clienti solo vecchi e cafoni lamentosi. Ci sono tornata dopo tre anni e alla fine ho aperto pure il mio primo conto on line, come mi ha proposto il responsabile. C'e' la prenotazione col cellulare per non fare la fila (era ora !!!) e ho visto che anche i pensionati hanno imparato a prendere i soldi col bancomat. E pure allo sportello fanno cose piu' utili e moderne invece del solito pagamento di bolletta. Certo i locali fanno davvero pena e due sportelli sono proprio pochi. Ma rispetto allo squallore e al vecchiume di prima mi sembra un bel passo avanti.

La signora bionda che ha sottolineato di lavorare da 30 anni, ha avuto la grande decenza di sottolineare con battutine che Lei lavorava -da 30 anni, mentre c'è gente che prende soldi "gratis" senza fare niente-, queste le sue splendide parole, dopo essermi recata all'ufficio e aver chiesto di ritirare la carta RDC, a cui ho diritto per una situazione economica e sociale al quanto svantaggiosa dopo che l'azienda di famiglia è fallita. Atteggiamento arrogante non solo nei miei confronti, bensì nei confronti di tutti quelli che entravano.
Sopratutto mentre "lavorava" tra una chiacchera e l'altra con la sua collega parlando di sue situazioni extra lavorative, ha avuto anche la decenza di dirmi: "vedi di non perderla, perchè io un'altra non te la faccio". Tutto questo davanti a mio totale silenzio, pensate se solo avessi fatto valere la mia parola! Complimenti a Lei e ai suoi responsabili. Ah, e ricordo alla signora che se uno viene a ritirare cose personali, non c'è bisogno che tutto l'ufficio sappia, in rispetto alla privacy personale e inoltre Le ricordo che non è proprio come dice Lei, soldi "gratis" non li prende nessuno.
